Fee once Paid will not be refunded in normal cases

However BIOTECNIKA reserves the right to refund the amount in case its servers respond in an unusual way, due to which the candidate is not able to attend the test.

No request for refund will be entertained in case the candidate is not able to attend the test

Its the candidates responsibility to appear for the test, however the candidate can request for change of timings for the test for his/her convenience.

All decisions for Discounts and refunds will be taken by BIOTECNIKA expert panel and will be binding on the candidate
